THE MACRO MAMA OF 5!

I'm a certified macro nutrition coach, a wife, and a mom to five kids who keep my life busy and fun.


I first got into macro counting after years of struggling to keep weight off and multiple attempts of 'fad' dieting over many years.

My coaching journey started when I started tracking keto macros, and after eighteen months of weight loss and very restricted eating, I knew I had to find a more sustainable way to keep the weight off.

I also desired more shape and muscle definition for my body. While I had lost a lot of weight, it was just that, weight. I did not maintain any lean muscle mass. This was when I hired a macro coach, igniting my passion for nutrition and macros.

Over the last few years, my knowledge has evolved and grown, and my love for helping others find proper food balance has developed alongside it.

I had some experience with tracking macros and was in a great routine for fitness coming into the boot camp, but knew I wanted to do something that re-sparked my motivation and really got down to the nitty gritty for what I should be doing and how much I should be eating.  Working with Katie was eye-opening as she taught me to look at both pieces (nutrition and exercise) of this puzzle (trying to lose body fat) through a different lens.  I nearly immediately saw and felt changes in my body, and while the 8 weeks were a great starting point, I will continue working to keep this progress going, and transition through different nutritional periods!
